Heating Air Conditioning Technician – VRF Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai focuses on installing, commissioning, and maintaining Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air‑conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The technician ensures optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service VRF air‑conditioning systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Diagnose system faults, troubleshoot HVAC and related electrical components, and perform repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, including scheduled inspections, cleaning, component replacement, and performance monitoring.
• Inspect and maintain plumbing connections such as piping, condensate drainage, and leak detection.
• Document service activities, parts usage, and provide status updates to supervisors and clients.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical/electrical engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience with VRF systems and major HVAC brands in commercial or residential projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications.
• Effective communication, reliability, and ability to work independently or within a diverse on‑site team.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work in varying environmental conditions.
