About the role
The Guest Service Expert (Hostess) creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Le Méridien Dubai. You will be on your feet, interacting with guests, setting tables, and supporting the kitchen team.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensure dining areas are clean and well‑stocked.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and deliver food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, handling objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Provide courteous service, answer guest inquiries, and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with help).
