About the role
The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is looking for a Hostess to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to its customers. The role sits within the hotel's restaurant outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants
- Manage the inventory of the outlet
- Assist the service staff whenever necessary
Required profile
- Ideally a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
