About the role
Join InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa as a Housekeeping Attendant, ensuring every guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in a luxury beachfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain guest rooms to the brand’s exacting standards.
- Assist guests with requests, from forgotten items to directions.
- Monitor supplies, report issues to supervisors, and help with deep‑clean projects.
- Handle lost or misplaced items and ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- Physically fit – able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, bend and kneel as needed.
- Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Required skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
- Ability to follow housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines.
