HR & Admin Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end HR operations and administrative functions across the UAE and KSA for a leading FMCG food distribution company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations including payroll, recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
• Manage visa processing, PRO activities, GPSSA, trade‑license renewals, insurance and government compliance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee exits, Emiratization initiatives and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labour laws while maintaining HR systems and employee records.
• Drive operational excellence in all HR and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Mandatory experience in the UAE FMCG industry.
• Hands‑on experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of UAE & KSA labour laws, PRO processes, GPSSA, Emiratization and visa processing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Oracle HRMS.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
