HR Analytics Trainer / CIPD Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

About the role

An organization focused on professional HR training and data-driven insights is hiring an HR Analytics Trainer / CIPD Specialist to deliver practical HR training and help organizations apply data analytics to human resource management. The role is fully remote and part-time, based in the United Arab Emirates, and suits a mid-level to senior candidate who combines HR knowledge with analytical expertise and familiarity with CIPD frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions on HR analytics, people management and CIPD topics
• Prepare course materials, presentations, practical exercises and case studies
• Explain HR metrics, workforce indicators and people analytics methodologies
• Guide learners in analyzing employee data to support HR planning and decision-making
• Cover recruitment analytics, employee retention, performance management, workforce planning and engagement
• Support learners in understanding CIPD principles, HR practices and professional development pathways
• Demonstrate the use of Excel, HR information systems and analytics tools
• Interpret workforce trends and turn data into practical HR recommendations
• Assess learner progress and provide coaching and constructive guidance
• Stay informed on HR trends, employment practices, analytics developments and CIPD updates
• Recommend improvements to training content, learning delivery and professional development programs

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR management, HR analytics, learning and development or professional training preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field preferred
• Experience developing training materials and delivering workshops or coaching sessions
• Ability to work independently and engage learners in a remote learning environment

Required skills

• Good understanding of HR analytics, workforce metrics and people management practices
• Familiarity with CIPD frameworks, qualifications and professional standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS, Power BI or other analytics tools
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication and instructional skills
