HR Business Partner – Compensation, Benefits & HRIS

About the role

MPC Healthcare seeks a hands‑on, analytical HR Business Partner to lead Compensation & Benefits and HRIS functions. Reporting to the CHRO, you will partner with business leaders to shape salary strategies, manage HR data, and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate salary offers for new hires, promotions, transfers and retention cases, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Conduct UAE salary benchmarking using market surveys and internal salary structures.
• Develop Cost‑to‑Company calculations and analyse pay gaps, salary structures and financial implications.
• Support annual compensation reviews, incentive schemes, benefits administration and salary grading exercises.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to align compensation recommendations with budgets.
• Act as HR partner to assigned functions, advising on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and employee matters.
• Maintain and analyse employee and compensation data within HRIS platforms, develop reports and dashboards, and drive process automation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal policies and compensation approval procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience in Compensation & Benefits, salary benchmarking and employment offer preparation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE salary structures, allowances, benefits and CTC calculations.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and employment practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or similar HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
