HR Business Partner – Fulfillment Center (UAE)

About the role

The HR Business Partner supports site operations leaders at a UAE fulfillment center, providing generalist HR guidance for a large, primarily contractual workforce. You will drive HR initiatives that improve operational performance, employee experience, and compliance while partnering closely with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify systemic patterns, root causes and implement high‑judgment decisions that align with policy intent.
• Use data analytics to predict challenges, track PXT metrics and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
• Execute employee engagement, recognition and inclusion programs; maintain a visible floor presence to gather feedback.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development and complex employee‑relations matters.
• Ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI tools and self‑service platforms while providing high‑touch support when needed.
• Mentor entry‑level HR team members and participate in recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to solve complex problems and influence outcomes across teams.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics for decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and presenting to senior leaders.
• Willingness to work onsite at the fulfillment center.
