About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support corporate functions in Dubai, working closely with senior stakeholders as a trusted adviser on people strategy, organisational effectiveness and talent management.

Key responsibilities

Influence senior leadership and translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies.
Lead initiatives across talent management, succession planning and organisational development.
Support workforce planning, employee relations and organisational effectiveness across the Middle East and Africa.

Required profile

Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English communication; Arabic and regional HR exposure are a plus.

Required skills

Knowledge of talent management, organisational development, workforce planning and employee relations.
