About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support corporate functions in Dubai, working closely with senior stakeholders as a trusted adviser on people strategy, organisational effectiveness and talent management.
Key responsibilities
- Influence senior leadership and translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies.
- Lead initiatives across talent management, succession planning and organisational development.
- Support workforce planning, employee relations and organisational effectiveness across the Middle East and Africa.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic and regional HR exposure are a plus.
Required skills
- Knowledge of talent management, organisational development, workforce planning and employee relations.
