HR Business Partner - Nightlife (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Join 7 Management’s Nightlife division as a strategic HR Business Partner, supporting General Managers across multiple venues. You will translate operational goals into effective people strategies while ensuring alignment with group-wide HR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to GMs, overseeing onboarding, transfers, payroll coordination and off‑boarding for 3–5 venues.
• Manage and develop an HR Executive, ensuring consistent case handling and documentation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and HR Operations Centres of Excellence to deliver programmes suited to nightlife staffing volatility.
• Drive workforce planning and recruitment for front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house and specialist roles such as door/security staff.
• Own monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy, WPS compliance and adherence to UAE Labour Law.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, coordinating investigations and disciplinary actions with the ER & Legal CoE.
• Maintain policy and statutory compliance, preparing headcount, turnover, absenteeism and ER reports with actionable recommendations.
• Conduct regular venue inspections and GM check‑ins, with occasional evening presence to observe live operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 6–8 years of HR experience, preferably in multi‑site hospitality, food & beverage or nightlife environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Proven ability to influence senior operational stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WebHR payroll system.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
