HR Business Partner – Real Estate

About the role

The HR Business Partner will work closely with Real Estate leaders to drive business performance through effective people management. This role translates the group’s strategy into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring talent, structure, and culture support growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Real Estate leadership to shape and deliver the people agenda.
• Influence senior leaders on organisational and workforce decisions.
• Design and execute business and change initiatives with speed and discipline.
• Position HR as a strategic driver of results rather than an administrative function.
• Lead HR projects and strategic initiatives to improve effectiveness, experience and productivity.
• Manage priority HR programmes such as recognition, performance, engagement and wellbeing.
• Standardise and improve HR processes based on business needs while ensuring compliance with policies, labour laws and governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour legislation and governance standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic approach to complex people matters.
