HR Coordinator - Contingent Workforce Planning

About the role

The HR Coordinator for Contingent Workforce Planning will build and manage a pool of qualified contingent workers to meet Emirates Flight Catering’s operational needs. You will ensure compliance, cost‑effectiveness, and smooth integration of contingent staff across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a qualified contingent workforce pool aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor departmental staffing needs, coordinating ramp‑up and ramp‑down of contingent labor while optimizing costs.
• Oversee assessments, onboarding, training, and right‑to‑work documentation for new contingent hires.
• Maintain accurate records in the vendor management system, including allocation, hours, rates, and compliance data.
• Support conversion of high‑performing contingent workers to full‑time roles and manage vendor performance against contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
