HR Director – FX Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Director with a strong background in the FX/CFD sector to lead our human‑resources function across multiple countries. The role involves shaping HR strategy, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while supporting a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HR function across multiple countries and international offices.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and off‑boarding.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee processes for different jurisdictions.
• Oversee international recruitment and talent retention.
• Handle complex employee‑relations matters across various countries.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local employment regulations.
• Design compensation, benefits, performance, and engagement programs.
• Lead and develop HR teams, establishing efficient structures and processes.
• Provide HR reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Director, Head of HR, or senior HR leader (minimum 3 years in a senior role).
• Mandatory experience within the FX, CFD, or forex brokerage industry.
• Strong background managing HR operations across multiple countries.
• Excellent knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Hebrew is an advantage.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, international organization.
