HR Executive – Manufacturing & Trading (Dubai & Umm Al Quwain)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on HR Executive to oversee end‑to‑end HR operations for our food manufacturing factory in Umm Al Quwain and our trading office in Dubai. The role requires strong manufacturing HR experience and the ability to support both blue‑collar factory staff and office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding and workforce management for the factory.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance.
• Support manpower planning across factory and office teams.
• Manage attendance, overtime, leave and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate visa, labour and Emirates ID processes with typing centres.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and audit documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with hands‑on manufacturing exposure.
• Food manufacturing/FMCG background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and labour procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel between Dubai and Umm Al Quwain.
