HR Executive – Real Estate Brokerage

About the role

Asyan Properties is seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead the human resources function for its fast‑growing real‑estate brokerage in Dubai. The role will support business expansion by managing recruitment, employee relations and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour law.
• Coordinate payroll, leave management and employee documentation.
• Develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management and development initiatives.
• Handle visa processing and other HR administrative tasks.
• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a real‑estate brokerage environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR management systems.
