Human Resources Generalist

About the role

SEE Engineering is looking for an HR Generalist to manage day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies and the Integrated Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to offer preparation.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, contracts and orientation for new joiners.
• Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, labour card and other immigration processes with PRO and Admin teams.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and physical files.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime and prepare payroll inputs for WPS processing.
• Administer employee benefits, medical insurance changes and queries.
• Address employee relations matters, grievances and disciplinary actions in line with policy and law.
• Support performance management cycles, probation reviews and confirmations.
• Coordinate training activities and keep training records.
• Manage off‑boarding, including resignations, terminations, exit interviews and end‑of‑service calculations.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates and reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience in construction, engineering or contracting is a plus.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred.
• Ability to work with a diverse, multinational workforce and adapt to fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures and WPS requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with ISO‑based management systems and HR documentation controls.
