Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Alcenza Properties in Dubai, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and strong talent pipelines across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and coordinate hiring for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft job descriptions.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Participate in career events and continuously improve selection processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and hiring practices is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in real‑estate or fast‑paced commercial environments is an advantage.
