HR Manager, GCC Region (Dubai)

About the role

ANTA, a global sportswear company founded in 1991 and listed on the HKEx, is looking for an HR Manager for the GCC region, based in Dubai. As a strategic HR business partner to regional business leaders, you will drive talent management strategies aligned with business objectives and lead end-to-end HR operations across several countries in the Middle East and North Africa, in compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business needs and develop effective talent management strategies
• Recruit, manage performance, training and development, compensation and corporate culture in line with regulations
• Manage labour relations, talent deployment, visa processing and related administration, mitigating employment risks
• Lead HR projects and administrative management at country and regional level
• Localise and continuously upgrade HR systems across all modules

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3+ years in an HRBP or generalist capacity
• Experience across multiple HR functions; recruitment, compensation and benefits and performance management expertise preferred
• High resilience, collaboration and growth mindset, with adaptability, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to accept long-term international assignments and frequent travel
• Fluent Mandarin and English as working languages
