HR Manager – Oil & Gas (Musaffah, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, within the oil and gas and manufacturing sector. The role involves overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations, and supporting a diverse workforce that includes blue‑collar staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including large‑scale hiring campaigns for blue‑collar labour.
• Oversee employee relations, camp accommodation, insurance administration and benefits delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and manage interactions with government portals.
• Lead HR reporting, payroll coordination and performance management processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a high‑performing workforce.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR Manager role within the UAE.
• Background in oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Proven experience with UAE labour legislation, government portals and mass recruitment of blue‑collar staff.
• Demonstrated ability to build and run a full HR function, including policy creation and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
