HR Manager (On-site)

About the role

Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a senior HR Manager to lead all human resources activities across the Middle East and assigned territories. This on‑site position serves as the primary HR point of contact for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with the company’s business direction.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and off‑boarding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Arrange employee‑relations activities and resolve workplace issues confidentially.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
• Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR roles in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and local regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• High integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential matters.
• Fluent Arabic and English; candidates must be based in the UAE with valid residency and work authorization.
