HR Manager – Taxi & Transportation Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead all human‑resources functions for a taxi and transportation operation in the UAE. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‑on management of recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee workforce planning, manpower requirements and attendance/leave management.
• Ensure payroll processing and WPS compliance, coordinating with MOHRE, TASHEEL and immigration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate visa processing, labour contracts and compliance with government authorities.
• Support management in organisational development, HR strategy and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in an HR Management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Mandatory experience in the taxi or transportation industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing blue‑collar and driver workforces is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of WPS payroll system.
• Familiarity with MOHRE, TASHEEL and immigration processes.
