About the role

The HR Officer / HR Executive / HR Operations Coordinator supports daily human resources operations, employee administration, recruitment, onboarding and HR processes, ensuring smooth employee‑related operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee movements.
• Assist with attendance, leave, payroll and employee data management.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, reports and related documents.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed.
• Support HR policies, procedures, compliance and internal processes.
• Coordinate employee training, meetings and HR‑related activities.
• Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and support operational projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in HR, HR operations, recruitment or administration.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, MS Office and HR systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
