HR & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Capitals28 is looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator in Dubai to oversee recruitment, coordinate internal operations, manage task distribution and ensure smooth communication between team members, government authorities and external business partners. The role combines people management with operational efficiency so that daily activities run smoothly and business objectives are met on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening through interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Coordinate daily operations, delegate responsibilities and monitor task completion across departments.
• Act as a central point of communication between management, employees, government authorities and external partners.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, deadlines and workflow efficiency.
• Organize internal meetings, maintain operational schedules and ensure effective follow-ups.
• Support management in developing internal procedures, improving team productivity and resolving operational challenges.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records and administrative reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, operations management, administration or a similar coordination role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE government procedures, corporate services and business administration is preferred.
