HR Recruiter – Full‑cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process while providing day‑to‑day HR operational support. The successful candidate will source, screen, interview and onboard candidates, and act as a reliable backup for the broader HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate vacancy postings.
• Publish openings on job portals, LinkedIn, social media and the company career page.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and interview records.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare onboarding documentation, employee contracts and HR letters.
• Support payroll preparation by gathering attendance, leave and employee data.
• Handle employee inquiries, maintain confidential employee files and assist with HR policy implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR support.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
