About the role
We are seeking an HR Recruiter specialized in the real estate sector to join DMAG International Properties LLC in Dubai. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for high‑volume hiring in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Manage recruitment from sourcing to joining
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Required profile
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
- High‑volume hiring experience (preferred)
- Sales Administration / Sales Support experience (added advantage)
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
