HR & Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Autorun – OMODA & JAECOO Dubai is looking for a results‑driven HR & Recruitment Coordinator to manage high‑volume hiring and support HR operations across showroom, after‑sales and corporate functions. The role focuses on talent acquisition while also handling onboarding, employee records and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid‑level positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.
• Post job advertisements, maintain recruitment trackers and report hiring metrics.
• Maintain digital and physical employee files, prepare HR letters, and support payroll data accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding, probation confirmations, contract renewals and employee data updates.
• Handle visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, insurance and ensure compliance with labour contracts and government deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in HR and recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS systems and recruitment trackers.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with HR reporting tools.
