HR Specialist - Governance & Compliance

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking an HR Specialist to lead Governance & Compliance initiatives within the HR function. You will work across People Experience, Operations, Internal Audit and Enterprise Data & Analytics to ensure efficient, compliant employee lifecycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process landscape assessments and implement improvements, including AI‑driven steps, chatbots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Ensure all employee‑lifecycle processes are GDPR‑compliant and aligned with international best practices.
• Research and apply industry best practices in process governance, automation and continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of autonomy, openness and Lean‑Agile continuous improvement.
• Support the One HR Data Governance Strategy, covering data protection, quality assurance and metadata management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR governance, compliance or related process‑improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, data protection and HR regulatory requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and drive change.
