HR Specialist – Hospitality

About the role

The HR Specialist will support Organic Pizza’s hospitality operations in Dubai by handling end‑to‑end HR administration, payroll, and employee services. You will act as a key point of contact for staff, ensuring smooth onboarding, benefits management, and compliance with visa and medical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in aligning HR policies and procedures across the hospitality sector.
• Provide employee support for leaves, compensation, visa, reimbursements, and other HR queries.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, both digital and hard copies.
• Process and manage payroll efficiently.
• Monitor time‑attendance for store and kitchen staff.
• Ensure high‑quality data in HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR team to deliver timely employee assistance.
• Lead onboarding programs for new hires.
• Support ongoing HR projects and performance management tasks.
• Calculate end‑of‑service benefits and prepare final settlements.
• Review and approve recommendations for employment terminations.
• Liaise with the PRO on visa processes.
• Coordinate medical insurance card issuance and work with insurance providers and banks.
• Assist in policy development and documentation.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and provide materials for workshops, manuals, and handbooks.

Required profile

• Graduate level education, ideally with a completed CIPD qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of HR operational experience, preferably in a high‑transaction environment.
• Hospitality experience in hotels or restaurants is desirable.
• Strong ability to set priorities, drive agendas, and manage competing demands.
• Self‑sufficient decision‑maker with a proactive mindset.
