HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The company, a leading pharmaceutical organization operating in the UAE, is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring lifecycle, and supporting talent development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, talent mapping and market research.
• Identify skill gaps and support succession planning, talent assessment and internal mobility.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and monitor recruitment KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition or capability development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the UAE and knowledge of local employment practices.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, results‑oriented with excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
