About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations. The role involves handling employee administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and general HR support for a six‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare employee letters, certificates, contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files.
  • Track leave balances, attendance, contract expiries, probation periods, and visa renewals.
  • Support medical insurance administration and employee access/ID card processes.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and assist with offer preparation.
  • Organise onboarding activities, induction schedules, and document collection.
  • Update employee information in HRIS, generate reports, and assist with data audits.
  • Help organise employee engagement events and respond to routine queries.
  • Ensure compliance with record‑keeping, filing, and HR audit requirements.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or as an HR Assistant.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR administrative processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
