Human Resources Executive – Hotel Experience Required

About the role

Support end‑to‑end HR operations across hotel properties and corporate functions, ensuring timely recruitment, smooth employee lifecycle management, effective employee relations, and strong HR support to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring requirements, recruitment, offer closure, onboarding and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Manage joining documentation, pre‑joining communication, asset coordination, exit clearances, final settlement and repatriation.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policies.
• Conduct regular employee orientation, induction sessions and promote awareness of company culture, policies and standards.
• Visit hotels and restaurants, interact with staff, identify concerns and drive closure of HR action points.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data, support payroll/attendance processes and prepare HR reports.
• Support HR events, engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and other people‑related activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, Payroll, Finance, PRO, IT and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, executive search or high‑volume environments.
• UAE HR experience preferred.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and UAE employment practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow‑up and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS platforms.
