Human Resources Manager - Emirati Talent

About the role

The People & Organization Manager works with business leaders and employees to build people strategies that support organizational goals and business performance. The role covers workforce planning, talent and performance management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and Emiratization initiatives, applying policies consistently and delivering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute people strategies with business leaders and act as a trusted advisor on employee lifecycle matters, policies, procedures and organizational changes.
• Support talent and performance management, including succession planning, talent reviews, career development and identifying high-potential employees.
• Drive employee engagement and run performance reviews, talent assessments and salary planning.
• Analyze workforce data and headcount trends to inform workforce planning and decision-making.
• Work with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on recruitment, onboarding, integration and exit management.
• Lead workforce transitions, including project plans, governance, compliance, communications and change management.
• Support Emiratization by attracting, developing and retaining Emirati talent, and monitor progress and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR / People & Organization functions, with significant exposure to Business Partnering roles.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment and in large-scale HR transformation, transition and change management projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR policies and compliance requirements.
