Human Resources Manager

About the role

A leading Home & Personal Care manufacturing company is looking for an experienced, hands‑on HR Manager to lead HR operations for both blue‑collar and white‑collar workforces. The role will ensure strong employee relations, compliance, Emiratization and support business growth through effective people practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee movements and off‑boarding.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases and investigations fairly and consistently.
• Drive Emiratization initiatives to meet UAE targets and ensure compliance with labour law.
• Oversee HR administration, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, benefits and reporting.
• Coach and develop the HR team, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Provide HR insights to senior management on workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environments.
• Proven experience managing both blue‑collar and white‑collar workforces.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Emiratization and HR compliance.
• Experience leading and developing an HR team.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem‑solving and communication skills.
