Human Resources Officer – Fast‑Growing Coffee‑Tech Startup

About the role

Beanz is scaling its coffee‑tech platform across the GCC and needs a hands‑on HR Officer to become the human heart of the organization. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, and act as the trusted point of contact for a diverse, multi‑national team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including scheduling, screening, and delivering a great candidate experience.
• Serve as the go‑to person for employee questions, concerns, and workplace matters.
• Handle hiring discussions, prepare contracts, and maintain HR documentation.
• Administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates.
• Lead smooth onboarding and off‑boarding experiences.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist role.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Experience within a tech company, startup, or the wider startup ecosystem.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and strong ethical judgment.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly.
