Human Resources Specialist – Real Estate Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to lead daily HR operations for our luxury real‑estate business in Dubai. The role focuses on recruitment, employee benefits, compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR policies, employee benefits and personnel administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for real‑estate agents, brokers and consultants.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments and negotiate offers.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation and integration of new hires.
• Support a collaborative environment and promote employee engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong network of real‑estate professionals and proven track record of hiring top talent.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and employment regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet hiring targets and work independently under deadlines.
