Independent Recruitment Consultant – AI Launch Partner

About the role

Success Factor is launching an AI‑powered recruitment platform and seeks 1‑2 experienced recruitment professionals to act as independent Launch Partners. You will help test, refine and promote the platform while building your own pipeline of employer mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Test and refine the AI recruitment platform before launch, providing practical workflow feedback.
• Support initial B2B go‑to‑market activities and build relationships with employers.
• Secure job mandates and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process using the platform.
• Source, match and place candidates, overseeing each vacancy through to placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, executive search or B2B sales.
• Existing employer/HR network or strong business‑development ability.
• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working remotely.
• Experience in UAE/GCC or European markets is a plus.
