Indirect Sourcing Executive

About the role

A proactive Procurement & Administration Executive is sought in Dubai to manage purchasing and supplier coordination across Marketing, HR, Insurance, Events, Administration and General Operations. The role covers indirect procurement and requires fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Source suppliers and service providers in the UAE and internationally
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices and evaluate commercial terms
• Procure marketing materials, event services, office supplies, insurance, HR services and other business needs
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records, invoices, contracts and supplier databases
• Coordinate deliveries, service providers, contract renewals and invoice follow-ups
• Track budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and give procurement updates
• Support communication with Chinese suppliers and China-based teams where required

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management or commercial administration
• Experience in indirect procurement (marketing, events, corporate services or insurance) preferred
• Good knowledge of UAE suppliers and service providers
• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage
• Ideally a commercially minded, organised professional able to handle several procurement tasks independently

Required skills

• Supplier sourcing, negotiation, quotation comparison and follow-up
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is an advantage
