About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will engage existing customers to increase sales of Wesco’s products and services, handling orders via email and phone while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Obtain and process orders through email and telephone, verify items, and transfer to fulfillment.
Suggest related items, explain features, and use buying history to increase order value.
Qualify and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, track open orders, and manage backorder reports.
Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
2‑4 years of experience in sales administration.
Ability to work independently with general supervision and travel up to 25%.
