Institutional Affairs & Communications Senior Consultant

About the role

Italiacamp is seeking a Senior Consultant to support institutional affairs and communications in the UAE. Reporting to the General Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO, the role will coordinate institutional activities, manage agency collaborations, and keep digital platforms up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Support relationships with government bodies, embassies, trade associations, universities and other stakeholders.
• Organise the General Manager’s institutional agenda, meetings, appointments and related correspondence.
• Coordinate institutional events, handling invitations, scheduling and follow‑up.
• Manage the external communications agency, review offline and digital content, ensure consistent messaging and obtain approvals.
• Monitor communication trends and agency performance using KPIs, and identify opportunities to amplify content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR or institutional relations, preferably in an international context.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic relations with public and private entities and the media.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations, cultural dynamics and business etiquette.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and public‑speaking skills.
• Team player comfortable interacting with multicultural stakeholders.

Required skills

• Excellent command of English and Italian.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus.
