Intensive Care Specialist (Junior to Consultant) – Dubai

About the role

A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is expanding its critical care team. The position offers opportunities for junior, senior and consultant level Intensive Care Specialists to deliver high‑quality care to critically ill patients in a state‑of‑the‑art ICU.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Provide comprehensive care for complex, life‑threatening conditions.
• Oversee patients on mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring and organ support.
• Perform critical care procedures in line with training and experience.
• Respond to emergencies, participate in resuscitation and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute to audits, quality improvement initiatives and teaching activities.

Required profile

• MBBS/MBChB or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Critical Care, Anaesthesiology, Internal Medicine or related specialty.
• Relevant post‑specialisation experience matching the advertised level.
• Strong ICU experience with proven clinical judgment and emergency management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
