Interior Designer – High-End Residential & Commercial

About the role

Our client, a growing Design and Build company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead high‑end residential and commercial office fit‑out projects. The role involves taking concepts from initial ideas through to detailed design packages and on‑site implementation, ensuring design intent and quality throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver interior design concepts and detailed design packages for high‑end residential and commercial office projects.
• Prepare design presentations, layouts, mood boards, material selections, drawings and specifications.
• Manage projects from concept development through design development and implementation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Review drawings, materials, finishes and technical details to ensure alignment with the overall design vision.
• Attend project meetings, site visits and design coordination meetings as required.
• Support delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant interior design experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven experience on high‑end residential interior projects.
• Strong experience in commercial office fit‑out projects.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating residential and commercial work.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.
