About the role
The Inventory Associate is a full‑time, on‑site position at Habib Bakery in Dubai. You will ensure accurate stock levels of ingredients, packaging materials and finished products to support continuous bakery operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory counts.
- Update inventory systems and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Organise storage areas, label items and check product quality and expiry dates.
- Prepare reports on inventory usage and trends.
Required profile
- Experience in inventory, warehousing, retail or food‑production environments.
- Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, lift/move stock and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced 24‑hour operation.
- Good communication and customer‑service skills for internal collaboration.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with inventory or POS systems.
