Inventory Manager

About the role

The Inventory Manager oversees inventory control and stock management so that inventory records stay accurate, stock levels remain optimal and stock moves efficiently. The role prevents shortages and overstocking, improves inventory processes and supports the company's operational objectives. It is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records
• Carry out regular stocktakes and reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies
• Analyze inventory data, identify slow-moving and obsolete stock and implement procedures to reduce stock losses and improve turnover
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, sales and finance to ensure smooth stock flow and timely product availability
• Prepare inventory reports, monitor stock movements and keep proper inventory documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and look for ways to improve inventory systems, storage use and cost effectiveness

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, stock reconciliation and stock replenishment
• 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work across departments and manage multiple tasks

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, inventory management systems and ERP software
• Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
