iPhone Mobile Repair Technician (On-site)

About the role

Universal Telecom is seeking experienced iPhone Mobile Repair Technicians (Level 2 or Level 3) to join its on‑site technical team in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and refurbishing iPhone devices using advanced repair techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Test, replace and inspect LCD/display units, including glass cutting, cleaning and pressing.
• Perform complete disassembly and reassembly of iPhone devices, including housing and back‑cover replacement.
• Diagnose, repair and replace mobile phone cameras, Face ID modules and motherboards.
• Carry out IC, chip‑level repairs and microsoldering on logic boards.
• Execute board swapping, complex device repairs and ensure compliance with quality‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in iPhone or mobile phone repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Currently residing in Dubai/UAE (preferred).
• Ability to specify technical level (L2 or L3) and key repair skills in the CV.
