Junior AI Support Specialist

About the role

This position provides technical support and analytical guidance for a Sharjah‑based family group. The junior specialist will act as the primary point of contact for queries about AI research tools and ensure that new automated systems integrate smoothly with existing corporate workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internal and client queries regarding AI research tools and analytical platforms.
• Research emerging software that can improve the performance of operating model reviews.
• Draft clear documentation explaining how new technical tools fit into corporate workflows.
• Monitor system performance to ensure automated data gathering remains accurate and reliable.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for colleagues and client teams using remote platforms.
• Assist principals in preparing technical briefings for board‑level presentations.
• Maintain a repository of common issues and solutions to streamline future support requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure AI‑assisted outputs meet the firm’s standards for accuracy.
