Junior Legal Consultant – Arabic Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Consultant who is fluent in Arabic and proficient in English to support our dispute‑resolution practice in Dubai. The role involves handling court filings, managing case documentation and liaising with UAE courts and government authorities to ensure timely and accurate submissions across litigation and tenancy matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit legal documents in both Arabic and English.
• Manage case filings and portal submissions through RDC, Dubai Courts, ADJD, Ministry of Justice and prosecution systems.
• Track case deadlines, maintain organized case files and provide timely status updates.
• Assist lawyers with case preparation, correspondence and drafting of documents.
• Liaise with courts and government authorities on active matters.
• Process tenancy‑related documentation using Ejari and Tawtheeq systems.
• Maintain accurate records and proactively flag upcoming deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree.
• Minimum three years experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in the UAE.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Zoho or other CRM tools.
