Junior Organizational Development Officer – Learning & Succession

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Organizational Development Officer to support our Learning & Development and Succession Planning initiatives. The role involves designing, coordinating, and administering training programs while helping to build a strong internal talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assist in creating the L&D calendar.
• Manage logistics, registrations, and records for internal and external training programs.
• Generate monthly and quarterly L&D reports and dashboards.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the succession planning framework, including databases, talent profiles, and critical position identification.
• Organise talent review meetings, track Individual Development Plans, and monitor readiness levels.
• Assist with competency mapping, maintain job descriptions, and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical dashboards for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR or Organizational Development. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also considered.
• Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, dashboards).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with HRIS or Learning Management Systems (LMS) – advantageous.
• Knowledge of Learning & Development principles, Succession Planning basics, and Training Needs Analysis.
