Junior Project Manager – Luxury Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager with an architectural background to support our luxury interior fit‑out projects in the UAE. The role involves coordinating all project phases from planning to handover, ensuring high‑quality execution and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring interior fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines and site activities.
• Support the Project Manager in day‑to‑day management and site coordination.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out, preferably luxury projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, finishes and site execution.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, presentable personality and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
