Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer (6‑month contract)

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop sourcing techniques, market mapping, and candidate engagement while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases and other talent platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach, manage follow‑ups and gauge candidate interest.
• Support the TA team with shortlisting and coordinate screening calls.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with posting roles and monitoring inbound applications.
• Perform basic market research and talent mapping when required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early hiring stages.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and sourcing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
